What Gives??

So, I started this weight loss journey at the beginning of April. I've done it before, did the yo-yo dieting, lost and gained, etc., etc. Even done Weight Watchers before. I like it - doesn't seem too hard...I've lost 20 lbs, and still have a bit to go - 12 to get to my first goal (the one I'd be OK with), and about 20 to get to a goal I'd be really happy with. I don't know if it's summer, or holidays or what, but I haven't been able to get back on track.

Ever since we went on holidays to Turkey Point, and then Massachusetts, and New Brunswick, I haven't been doing well at all. Gaining and losing the same 2 lbs. I'll start off eating well, and somewhere in the day blow it, and continue eating like a pig. Like cookie dough, wine, M&M's. Today I went to the store and came home with Jos Louis, & Au Caramels. What kind of nutrition is in that??? And my water intake has been nearly non-existent.

GRRR...
