Well, after that lousy weigh in the other day (did I blog after that?? all my vacation eating caught up with me, big time! I updated my stats for my WW profile...) I am trying to get back OP.
Monday I did well until dinner time. We didn't eat befor J's championship soccer game. They won!! We went out afterwards to celebrate. The boys picked Moose Winooski's. We ordered appetizers - calamari, nachos and chicken wings. M and I had salads as well. I tracked it all, and used flex points. That was fine.
Today was our start of the year teacher's meeting. M and I were taking Mom and Dad out for dinner tonight, so I planned accordingly. That was my NSV. I took yogurt and a fibre bar for breakfast, and took a salad for lunch. I completely avoided the three yummy pizzas that were there for lunch. Not even a bite.
Then dinner. I did OK. Had a broth based soup, pork tenderloin with sauteed veggies. The potato was pretty high in points - a twice baked one with some crunchy shell instead of potato skin. Very yummy! Mine came with dessert, which was a not so tasty piece of cake. I shared that with mom, and we didn't eat it all. Then later, I had a waffle cone with coconut cream pie ice cream. That's where I blew it. I could have just skipped that, it would have been fine. Live and learn, I guess. I'll try to track it, and I think most of my flex points must now be gone. Still have to get through the school BBQ on Thursday. Drink lots of water...
I just need to make sure that I pick myself back up and not let it lead to more bingeing and not caring. The last 3 weeks has been enough of that!!
